As part of the conformance to statutory legislation certain documents must be adopted and adhered to. These are published on this page

Standing Orders - dictates items such as the responsibilities of councillors, clerks and RFOs and the way that a meeting and business is conducted.se

Financial Regulations - sets out the rules by which the finances are managed and the authorities for spending.

Risk Assessment - A statement of risks with the level of possibility and severity and methods of avoidence.

Asset Register - A register of the Assets held by the Council

Code of Conduct - A document detailing the rules and standards that must be adhered to by councillors

Training and Development policy - Detailing the policy for training and developing councillors and others that work for the council

Grants and Donations Policy - For all organisations that request donations from the Council - this document details the process

Equality and Diversity Policy - This document details how the council is determined to treat all people fairly

Insurance Documents - Including a letter stating the Public and Product liability

Internal Financial Control - A document ensuring all financial related papers are reviewed annually.
