Huntingfield Parish Council is committed to openess and transparency and will continue to develop this page as follows.
Authorisation to Pay
From September 2017, at a Council meeting, a document listing the payments to be authorised is presented and approved. The Transparency Code requires that the council publishes items purchased for more than £100 however this document will show all items paid for. The items already paid for prior to September 2017 will be listed separately.
A copy of the document is visible on the accounts page for the year.
Budget and reforecasts
In November/December the council will determine a reforecast for the remainder of the year and will create a budget for the following year. A copy of these documents will be published in the appropriate year.
Audit
The internal and external audit documents with any associated documents or notices are published in the applicable year.
Statement of Accounts
At every meeting a statement, showing Budget and Actual costs and income, will be discussed. The current Statement of Accounts is published on this page.
